Fabulous week as usual. 13 years now! Crabbing kayaking here and in Burnham Overy Staithe. Had an amazing trip to Scolt Head island with John from Branca cruises. Jolly and White Horse all favourite hangouts. Thornham beach a winner thanks so much. Family C

Lovely week as usual. Really enjoyed all the walks. Bird watching good saw a Turtle Dove on the roof of the Old Maltings opposite. A Barn Owl flew across our path when we were walking towards Burnham Overy. Nick thoroughly enjoyed swimming. House as immaculately clean as usual. Thank you N&J

An excellent week in a perfect location. Huge thanks to Liz for all her details on walks, places to eat and visit and first rate communication and assistance solving a small issue. A return visit having been here in 2015. Jolly sailor not as satisfying as before but the White Horse Brancaster remains a favourite. The ship in Brancaster has much improved and was a and has a nice outdoor area. Excellent fish and chips at the White Horse inn home. An extensive menu. Plenty of takeaway choices including some pop ups at Burnham Deepdale! The beaches are as beautiful as ever and uncrowded at this time of year great for dogs and people alike. And of course, the crab shack in the harbour. All in all a lovely week! A, R, S & T

Great location for accessing lovely walks and beaches which were amazingly quiet. Lovely food at the White Horse inn Brancaster staithe. The Globe in Wells and the Red Lion at Stiffkey overall an enjoyable holiday. Family S

Back again for two fabulous weeks. We've been exploring the marches by kayak and paddle board Geo coaching and visiting the excellent royal park. And adventure playground at Sandringham. Fish and chips from eric's and pizza at the Jolly Sailors. We will be back. Family R

We had a lovely week although a week of two seasons. Swimming at Brancaster beach one day then gales and plummeting temperatures. Plenty to do though and we loved bird watching and wildflower spotting as well as a couple of grand estates. The jolly sailors lived up to expectations and thought the Nisa for local supplies was excellent with locally produced meat vegetables and bread and ecover refills. Impressive. Thank you very much Liz.

Very comfortable. Highly recommend walk from Burnham Overy staithe to the beach. Swimming in Burnham Overy staithe. Fish and chips in Frenches at Wells excellent. Village quiet but not surprising and weather variable but did not prevent us doing anything. J&N

A lovely cottage for a mini break so much to see and do and your doorstep on your doorstep. A very comfortable cottage with everything you could possibly need and more. Some great walks for the puppy she made herself at home and love to rest under the coffee table. Thank you for the cakes and wine a lovely welcome. Family M & Tilly

Perfectly located holiday house for exploring NE Norfolk coast. The bed is just as comfy as the one we have at home!! Fantastic part of the country with lots of lovely walks and pubs. The house is nice and light and well equipped :) Family F
