Fees and Terms & Conditions

Please note that to be highly competitive, provide excellent value for money and be fair to all our guests, we do not charge any booking fees, insurance cover or any insurance premiums in our prices. Payment is by direct bank transfer. (We are sorry but we are no longer able to accept payment by cheque and cannot accept credit cards.)

We therefore highly recommend that you organise your own insurance to protect your payments in case you are unable for any reason to travel and take your holiday, or if for any reason you have to cut your holiday short.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:-

If you have cause to cancel or cut short your holiday please notify us immediately by telephone and then in writing.

All deposits paid to us are non-returnable and you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday if a cancellation occurs UNLESS we are notified as follows:

If you cancel at any time up to 4 weeks before your holiday start date, which is when the balance is payable, we will retain the 50% deposit unless we are able to let the week again at full price. If we are unable to let the week again, you are liable for the entire cost of the booking and the remaining balance will become due as if you were able to travel.

If we are able to let the week at a short- notice discount, we will retain your payment on a pro rata basis to provide us with the original full rate amount

If you cancel between 4 weeks and the start date, we will retain the entire payment unless we are able to let the week again. If we are able to let the week at a short- notice discount, we will retain your payment on a pro rata basis to provide us with the original full rate amount , and the pro rata refund (as above) will apply.

We recommend that you take out Personal Holiday Insurance to protect your payments

Discounts

Will always be confirmed in writing at the time of booking

Loyalty discounts: repeat bookers who introduce friends who book with us, will receive a discount on their next booking. These apply to all high, medium and low season periods only.

Please contact us if you wish to introduce a friend, they will also receive a discount.  These do not apply to Peak periods
